Along with "cerebral palsy" this haiga was previously submitted to Notes from The Gean. Due to editorial changes, Mellinda Hipple returned this back to me. She then, started to work on new online journal A Hundred Gourds and asked me if I were interested in submitting this to AHG. And, voila! It appears in A Hundred Gourds Vol. 1;1.
